A distinguished Colombian decaf coffee that combines the quality of Colombian-grown beans with the preservation of their original character through one of the cleanest and most respected decaffeination methods in the world.

This coffee comes from the Huila region, one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee-producing areas, celebrated for its high elevations and balanced climate that contribute to exceptional cup quality and refined flavor clarity. The beans are grown at elevations reaching up to 1650 meters above sea level, where the slower cherry maturation helps develop denser beans, enhanced sweetness, and balanced acidity.

The lot is composed of several varieties including Caturra, Typica, Castillo, and Colombia, all known for producing balanced and expressive cups with layered sweetness and aromatic complexity.

The coffee is processed using the Full Washed method, a process that highlights clarity, cleanliness, and flavor definition in the cup, resulting in a smooth body and refined finish.

Following processing, the coffee undergoes the Swiss Water Process decaffeination method — a natural, chemical-free technique that uses only water to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavor profile as much as possible. This allows for a decaf coffee experience that maintains depth, sweetness, and complexity without compromising cup quality.
