Sourced from the Fargas Madrigal Family in the Tarrazú Region, one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas, this coffee is cultivated at elevations of up to 1800 MASL. The high altitude contributes to vibrant acidity, enhanced sweetness, and a complex, expressive cup profile.

It is of the Catuai variety, known for its balance and consistency, allowing the processing style and terroir to shine clearly.
