A refined Ecuadorian coffee that reflects the clarity of high-altitude terroir and the elegance of clean, fruit-forward profiles.

Sourced from Finca Cruz Loma, produced by Galo Morales, this coffee is grown in the highlands of Ecuador at elevations reaching up to 1800 MASL. The altitude contributes to greater density in the beans and a more complex cup profile.

It is of the premium Sidra variety and processed using the Fully Washed method, resulting in a clean, bright, and transparent cup that highlights its natural characteristics.

Best enjoyed through filter brewing, where its balance and clarity can fully express themselves.

Tasting Notes:
A vibrant combination of lemon, orange, apple, and peach, complemented by a soft caramel sweetness that rounds out the cup with a smooth and balanced finish.
