This coffee comes from Atrah Farm in the Haraz region of Yemen, a historic mountainous area considered one of the most important origins of Yemeni coffee cultivation. The region is known for its high elevation and rugged terrain, which contribute to producing dense beans with concentrated flavor profiles.

Grown at elevations reaching up to 2,200 meters above sea level, the slow ripening process enhances natural sugars in the coffee cherries, resulting in greater sweetness and more complex flavor development.

It is of the Typica variety, one of the oldest and most respected coffee cultivars, known for its clarity, balance, and ability to express terroir with precision, allowing the authentic Yemeni character to shine through its layers.

This coffee is processed using the Anaerobic Fermentation method, a modern technique where coffee cherries are fermented in a low-oxygen environment. This enhances complexity and brings out a more pronounced fruity character with deeper intensity in the final cup.
